I recently stayed at the Sport Village Hotel & Spa for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, even offering us a shuttle service since my mother couldn't walk. The room was clean and the food was good overall, though we did have to ask for vegetarian options a couple of nights. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for my fitness needs. The shuttle service was convenient and allowed us to park our car and easily explore the area.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location ant sarroundings.
Some minor maintenance in miscalleneous equipment of rooms, would result in significant improvement of the overall impression.

rooms were so clean! staff kind and helpful
far from ski slopes, food average, no hotel shuttle to different ski locations, just to one location!

We had a blast exploring the stunning mountains nearby and shredding the slopes while skiing and snowboarding. The hotel offered free use of bikes and ski equipment, making it super convenient and saving us some cash. The free ski shuttle was a game-changer, getting us to the slopes in no time. The ski storage was also handy for keeping our gear safe and organized. the hotel had all the cool amenities we needed for an unforgettable winter adventure!
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene. While the hotel had everything we needed for outdoor activities, it lacked a happening nightlife for young party-goers like us.

We recently stayed in a hotel situated in an industrial area, but the location didn't bother us at all because the hotel had a nice spa area. Our family room was spacious, with comfortable beds including 1 double and 2 singles. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a small TV, satellite, fridge, and dryer. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of options, including fresh chilies, non-dairy and gluten-free choices, and even fresh honeycomb. The common areas were modern and there was a great indoor play area for kids.

The friendly and very helpful staff, couldn't do enough to please, nothing was ever a problem , very child friendly.Calm and professional atmosphere from all staff. Extremely well run and organised. The ski bus was excellent and very much needed with good flexibility of times to and from the ski resort
Availability of bar food as an alternative to eating in the restaurant each night would be an added advantage. English families don't eat as late as the italians and so an early supper could be offered in the bar, there is a large area of tables and chairs for this. Hotel a long way from shops and restaurants if want an alternative to hotel restaurant for dinner.Approx 40 min walk.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Ateleta while researching my family history. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Christian, one of the staff members, not only helped me with finding a restaurant but also contacted his best friend in Ateleta to inquire about my relatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the summer rate was the lowest I paid during my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and excellent service.

Very close to Rocarasso. Evening activities, which are very well attended by the hotel guests. Excellent breakfast. In-house bar, so we were able to order drinks just by walking downstairs. Parking situation was ideal - within the hotel grounds, all in plain sight of the entrance, and plentiful. The wi-fi Internet access worked great
We were not aware that the pool was only for adults 18 and older. We selected this hotel specifically because of the pool and expected to take our kids swimming, but were disappointed to find out we could not. The room was good enough, but definitely nothing fancy, our impression was more like 'this will do'. The TV was tiny, and sat on such a low surface that we didn't even bother trying to watch it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with ultra-modern and stylish rooms, spa, and boot and ski room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The ski shuttle service was great, providing convenient transportation to and from the slopes. This hotel is also very child-friendly, with a kids club and friendly club staff that our kids absolutely loved.

The reception staff were friendly and the ski bus driver was very helpful. The spa facilities were lovely, and the log fire was welcoming. The rooms were spacious.
The kids club went well on into the evening with children often running around unsupervised, and with loud music and activities which did nothing to create a relaxing stay. The restaurant only had a limited set menu each day, the food was basic and useless for anyone with dietary needs. This meant that it was necessary to find other places to eat and having to walk into the town (at least 3km) and back each night. Whilst there are lovely spa facilities on site, these would be have been very expensive to use throughout the stay.

The junior suite at Sport Village Hotel & Spa was absolutely amazing! The room had a cozy double bedroom with an extra-large double bed, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. The separate living area was a great bonus, providing extra space to unwind. I loved the satellite TV and minibar, adding a touch of comfort and entertainment to my stay. As a frequent business traveler, this room was everything I needed to feel at home.
Personally, I found the size of the minibar a bit small for my liking. However, I understand that others may still find it convenient and functional.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The decorations were nice and there was a festive atmosphere. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they greeted us with smiles and Christmas cookies. The location was also convenient, close to the ski slopes and other attractions.
The breakfast was a letdown. The food was not fresh and there was not much variety.

Only 1 elevator for the whole building. Waiting time of 15 minutes normal. No airco, not possible to buy wine in the bar. No gym, no swimming pool. Very expensif for the quality received.
